  • Booiman's GmbH commits itself with the CODE OF CONDUCT to comply with the law and the ethical business principles described in the code. This, of course, includes compliance with collectively bargained regulations or the legal requirements regarding the minimum wage. With reference to the Minimum Wage Act, we declare:

  • Booiman's GmbH complies with the provisions of the law regulating a general minimum wage and the obligations arising therefrom, in particular to pay the minimum wage applicable from 01 January 2015.

We ask for your understanding that we can not fill out questionnaires on the Minimum Wage Act because of the time and effort required for examination and for reasons of statutory data protection in principle no information on employee-related data, insofar as no legal obligations to provide information exist in this regard. We therefore ask you to refrain from making inquiries in this regard.

There is no legal basis for individual declarations of obligation or exemption that may go beyond the requirements of the MiLoG. Purely as a precaution, we draw attention to the fact that the obligation arising from §13 MiLoG i.V.m. §14 AEntG does not extend to contracts of sale.
